Gradient will be ending support for our Generation 1 product on August 31, 2025.
What does this mean for my Moderate Weather Heat Pump?
If you have an active manufacturer’s warranty, it will continue to be honored until the expiration date. Effective on August 31, 2025, or at the expiration date of the warranty:
- No further technical support or repairs will be provided
- No replacement parts or returns will be provided
What are my options?
Continued Use: If you’re still operating your unit, you may continue to do so beyond this date. However, any service requests received after August 31, 2025, will not be fulfilled.
Disposal & Recycling: Contact your local recycling center to determine options for safe and climate-friendly disposal of the unit.
Upgrade to Next Generation: If you own a Gradient unit and would like to upgrade to our latest-generation unit, the Gradient All-Weather 120V window heat pump, you may be eligible for incentives.
