Gradient Heat Pump Tips: Delivery & Installation

We hope you're as excited as we are to receive your system. Read on for tips for each stage of the delivery process.


Step 1: Awaiting your delivery

Please note that this is a freight delivery to the curb. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery when the carrier arrives. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.

In the event that you need to reschedule your delivery after setting an initial date with the carrier, please note that you will be responsible for a $75/day fee for the carrier to store your unit.

Step 2: Signing for your delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect the package for any visible damage. Please only sign for your package if there is no visible damage.

Step 3: Inspecting your delivery

We understand that there may be instances where damage is only visible after unpacking. In such cases, we ask that you report any damage to hello@gradientcomfort.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. This will allow us to work with the carrier to address the issue as quickly as possible.

Step 4: Installing your Gradient heat pump

Watch our two-minute Quick Start Guide and download our Instruction Manual for detailed instructions to set up your Gradient heat pump. All you'll need to install a Gradient is a friend and our included hex key.

Note: Once installed, you’ll need to connect your Gradient heat pump to your network. If you experience any difficulty connecting your unit, please ensure that you have a 2.4GHz network enabled and that there is sufficient WiFi strength near the window where the unit is installed. If you experience any difficulties in connecting after following these steps, simply reach out to hello@gradientcomfort.com.
